Stick Life - Refund Policy

RedEmerald Games (“we” or “us” or “our” or “ours”) may license to our users (“you”) certain virtual goods to be used within Stick Life (“game” or “application”) and which you may purchase with real world money or which you may earn or claim via gameplay. We may also modify or remove virtual goods at any time with or without notice.
Consumable Virtual Goods
All purchases of consumable virtual goods made through the Application are final and non-refundable. You acknowledge and consent that the provision of consumable virtual goods for use in our Application is a process that begins immediately upon the purchase and that you give up your right of cancelation once the process has begun.
You agree that we are not required to provide a refund for consumable virtual goods for any reason. Furthermore, you will not receive money for unused virtual goods.
Subscriptions
All purchases of subscription made through the Application may be refunded. If you desire to use your active subscription and cancel it once it is expired, you are able to cancel your subscription via Google Play Store. If you desire to cancel your subscription prior to your subscription expiring, please contact us via the email address provided in the contact section of this Refund Policy. In a refund of a subscription, only the remaining time of your subscription will be refunded.
Suspension and Termination
If we believe that you break this Refund Policy, we reserve the right to delete/suspend your account, modify your account, remove virtual goods, reset/change any game progression and/or limit your access to our Application.
If you delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy, you permanently give up all of your virtual goods without a right to refund.
